GYM
Recently completed 600sqm gym facility for a regional resources company, featuring a 6-meter-high ceiling and over 50sqm of mirror wall finishes. Built using prefinished commercial wall panels and a SolarSpan roof system, the structure was designed for durability, speed, and minimal site disruption. The gym floor was finished with a high-performance Flex Floor resin system in collaboration with Project Concrete, ensuring resilience under heavy use. Despite the remote location and commercial scale, the entire build was completed in just 30 days—demonstrating our capability to deliver fast, compliant, and high-quality modular solutions for demanding environments.
Resort Accomodations
12-unit short-stay accommodation project designed as eco cabins for holidaymakers seeking comfort, sustainability, and style. Built on a durable concrete grid floor system with a polished concrete finish in collaboration with Project Concrete. Each cabin combines structural integrity with a clean, modern aesthetic. Offering guests a high-quality, low-impact stay experience.
Display Pod
Demonstration pod, built to showcase the speed, finish quality, and structural integrity of its modular building system. Designed as a compact, high-impact display, the pod highlights our advanced EPS-FR panel technology, prefinished surfaces, and rapid installation capability.

Multiple-occupancy housing project designed to meet full NDIS compliance for a long-standing property development client. Purpose-built to support accessible living, the design balances functionality, comfort, and regulatory alignment.
Country Home
​Collaboration with an owner-builder to deliver a country home in Albany, designed to harmonise with its natural surroundings while achieving strong thermal performance. Our team supplied the EPS-FR panels and collaborated closely on the installation, using a chassis floor system and modular panel build to streamline construction. The home was thoughtfully designed to capture the beauty of the landscape and maximise passive thermal gain
